We loved our stay at Hotel SANHE! The place is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and look just like the photos. The staff were incredible and the highlight of our stay – super kind, helpful, and arranged all our tours perfectly. Communication was the easiest we had in China. Great location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park with free shuttle provided by the hotel. Would totally stay here again!

Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

The hotel is near the east gate of National Forest Park. It's convenient for both Scenic Area and stations. The location is pretty well and there are also many restaurants nearby. The room is clean with breakfast delicious. Highly recommended!!

Whether it was the online concierge or the front desk service, everything was very considerate. They helped us book many tickets for Zhangjiajie, which was very convenient and worry-free, thumbs up 👍. The room was thoughtfully upgraded to a family room, and they arranged for us to stay in the same room without changing, which was very attentive. The breakfast combined Western and Chinese styles, with both coffee and Chinese rice noodles, fairly standard. There are also free washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for tourists like us who hadn't done laundry for several days. It's not far from the East Gate entrance, so you can return to the hotel for a rest immediately after going out, which is great, and there are all kinds of shops nearby. Overall, it was pretty good.

New Infrastructure, well and basically modern equipped rooms, clean, good location for National Park. Hotel Team doesn’t speak English, but communication via app was no problem and they are very helpful. The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.
