Perfect location, next to shopping malls and metro. We got a free upgrade and the room had an amazing view. bathroom was awesome. Bed was huge and comy. Staff was very nice with good english. They stored our luggage for a day after check out. Breaskfast choice was incredible. So much food, asian and western food. Choices for vegan and vegetarian as well.

This was definitely the best stay I ever had in China! Hotel was suburb. Staff great. Special thanks to Oscar, the concierge. He went far and beyond. Oscar understands how to make every guest to feel like a VIP. The hotel is also in easy walking distance from shopping mall and great dinner places next to the mall.

While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. The Jumeirah Hotel was impeccable. But the quality of a hotel is not only about the interiors, amenities, services. I think that the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are very important. My main wonderful memories of staying at the hotel are connected with the help of the concierge Hans. We simply asked him to order a taxi to the airport. He found out that our flight was cancelled. Thus, we could not fly to Shanghai and did not have time for our flight to Madrid. For almost an hour he was in touch with the airport, the airline and rebooked all our tickets. In the end, we accidentally found out that his working hours had long ended, but until he helped us, he did not leave. We are very grateful to him! And we have wonderful memories of the Jumeirah Hotel.
