- Staff was really kind and helpful - Beds are incredibly comfortable - Bathtub in the bathroom - Shower was really good - Room was clean - Location is near the airport. They provide pick up and drop off. We arrived late, but they reimbursed our taxi ride. It was the best hotel we stayed at for our 6 months travel.

Ellie is the perfect go-to person for someone who were first timers in Xiamen like us -- hardly any difficulty in communicating. She is very helpful in person and online, and quite dependable. Location of the hotel is accessible, quite near a bus station that we used to go to Gulangyu ferry terminal, and accesses to the beach. She has some good recommendations too.

The hotel is superb. Few days before check in, housekeeper Wendy emailed to ask if I am celebrating any events. I just replied casually that it’s our wedding anniversary and viola!At check in, there was a bouquet of roses n balloons in the room. V pleasant experience.

I have been travelling to Xiamen every year for business, first time at this hotel. Excellent facilities, friendly and accommodating staff (though most don’t speak English-as usual in China, but they will do their best to assist you), great breakfast buffet and only 10 min walk to the exhibition center. Shopping area with restaurants also 10 min walk, so location is ideal. Great seaview. Will happily stay here again!
