- Easy to get to/from Guangzhou airport, even after midnight (and the airport staff were very helpful in contacting the hotel and directing me to where to wait for the shuttle bus) - Easy check-in - Good breakfast and the wait staff alerted me before it finished at 10AM - I left my phone in the hotel room, and they delivered it to me at the airport departures - My room was really quiet

I'm writing to complain about the absolutely, ridiculously, and downright addictively good service I received at Paco Hotel! It's borderline unfair how good you guys are - I'm now afraid to leave the bubble you've created for me and go back to the real world without your team negotiating taxi deals and calling Didi for me whenever I need it. But in all seriousness, given the chance to visit China again, I'd come back to Paco Hotel in a heartbeat. Not just because of the great ambiance (although it's fantastic), but because of the people. You made me feel like I was home. Perfect service, genuine care, and attention to detail - you've set the bar high! To the team, thank you for an unforgettable stay. I'll miss you guys! Bye for now.
