We liked everything about this hotel, especially the staff. The managers take an individual approach to each guest and do their best to guide and make your Chongqing trip much easier. I'm sure that my opinion is objective and independent because I've been to various countries that are famous for their customer service, but Wuyu Hotel in Chongqing would definitely be my number one. The services were perfect with friendly staffs (not just one, but everyone from the hotel was super friendly). The staffs were super helpful for finding us the eyeglasses store to fix my friend's eyeglasses and booking the hotpot place (Pipa Yuan Shiweixian) for our dinner. The candy provided at the front desk was really a bonus point for eating oily foods. The room was very clean and spacious with really good amenities needed for the stay. We went to Chengdu for a day trip early to catch the train and staff also packed breakfast for us (that's so lovely of them to do that and we really appreciated their attention to such small details).
