Whilst in Chongqing we stayed both here and at the Raffles building. When we return to Chongqing we will be staying here, the personal attentiveness of Lucky and the team was exceptional. They took their time to make sure we were making the most of Chongqing and all of the wonderful things it had to offer, even organising a day trip for us. When we were leaving before the breakfast time on a couple of days, they made us a packed breakfast to take on the road. Little things like this make a big difference.

The hotel is amazing, we had the most amazing experience we used all the amenities/services from breakfast to room service to the dry cleaning service, it was always a more than satisfying experience. Every aspect of the stay. Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.) Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing. Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The services were perfect with friendly staffs (not just one, but everyone from the hotel was super friendly). The staffs were super helpful for finding us the eyeglasses store to fix my friend's eyeglasses and booking the hotpot place (Pipa Yuan Shiweixian) for our dinner. The candy provided at the front desk was really a bonus point for eating oily foods. The room was very clean and spacious with really good amenities needed for the stay. We went to Chengdu for a day trip early to catch the train and staff also packed breakfast for us (that's so lovely of them to do that and we really appreciated their attention to such small details).
