The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. All the staff in general very attentive. Beautiful and very cosy hotel in the centre of the city. Delicious breakfast with local products. They even helped us to plan our routes around. Definitely a hotel I would come back! Thank you

We loved our stay at Maki. The hotel is family run and you can really feel the love and care they put into the services. Friendly check-in (they even let us into our room about 3 hours early) to breakfast with freshly served juices, eggs, delicious cakes, fresh fruit - everything was great. We had a little garden patio from our room which was really nice.

Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.

Excellent view from the front, you could stay in the room all day. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with fresh cooked eggs. The best place for family’s vacation in Pucon.

Stunning! Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!
