The location was perfect to town and restaurants. The hotel was surprisingly very modern inside. The only issue we had was lack of lighting/ light in our large room. It needed more lamps or overhead lights. I like a sunny room.

We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. Beautiful hotel, with staff who clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible. We stayed during winter (in July) and while it was cold, each room came equipped with a heater and warm blankets. We also loved the breakfast - bread, meats (or avocado for vegetarians!), cheeses, tomatoes and individual portions of scrambled eggs, along with fruits, yoghurts and cake! The interior was so charming and it was about 30 mins walking to many of the main attractions in Santiago Central :) thank you for such a nice stay!
