Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.

Everything was perfect. Eduardo and his wife gave us a very warm welcome in their lovely home. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. The shared bathroom was always very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Eduardo speaks English very well.

The staff is super friendly, caring, and have a lot of knowledge onthe surroundings - and the food we had at Peuma lodge (both breakfast and dinner) far exceeded our expectations and was the best food we had on our one month trip in the area

I planned on one night here and ended up staying for five nights. Excellent value for the money. Best location in town. The owner Adrian is a very pleasant human being to be around. I already look forward to going back.

Super clean and cosy hostel with super attentive staff, marvellous views and two supersweet dogs. Had an amazing time here and ended up staying much longer than anticipated :D Owners are friendly and will help you with any doubts you might have. Everything is super clean, showers are great and you can use an outdoor and an indoor kitchen. If you plan on visiting Futaleufú, I highly recommend staying at Mirlos!
