I love this place. I love the food and the drinks and I love the barkeeper. He makes the best Calafate Sour I had on my whole trip (I tried many) :) I would would come back, if I'm in the area again.

We were blown away when arriving at Hosteria Pionero. The surroundings were beautiful, clean, welcoming, and felt like home. The house itself, its interior design and facilities were extremely nice. We felt like in a castle. Very welcoming and friendly host who spoke English explained all details with ease, offered dinner and breakfast to book, recommended her favorites and shared details about the house rules (e.g. dinner and breakfast time, when the common area and bar was opened). She also advised us on where to eat in the area and what to see around. The only downside of the place was the lack of warm water which did not run at all during our stay.
