Simon is an amazing host . He picked us from airport and showed us around the island. We didn’t hire a car so without him it would be so hard to get around the island. He’s also very knowledgeable about the island . We’ve went on a ride and he talked about each village, some famous for crab , some famous for rugby players.

Niki is the most friendly and genuine host we've ever met. He makes you feel very welcome and nothing is too much to ask. He arranged al of our tours and rentals and showed us around the island. Our room was clean, tidy and had everything you need. The best thing is it's located right on a quiet and beautiful beach! Also, there were lots of(small) supermarkets and restaurants near the accomodation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and family. Thanks Niki!

My recent stay at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort was an unforgettable tropical paradise experience. From the moment I arrived, the attentive and friendly staff made me feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from accommodating special requests to providing excellent recommendations for local activities and excursions. The culinary offerings at the resort were nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a delightful feast for the senses, featuring a fusion of local flavors and international cuisine. The chefs truly outdid themselves, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. Dining amidst the stunning backdrop of the lagoon and the lush greenery only added to the overall experience, making it a truly unforgettable gastronomic journey. The view and nature at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort were simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear turquoise waters of the lagoon, dotted with overwater bungalows, created a mesmerizing panorama. The resort's location on a private island ensured a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing ample opportunities to immerse myself in the beauty of nature. Whether it was lounging on the beach or exploring the island's tropical foliage, every moment was an escape into paradise. Above all, the resort offered the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Vaa was an excellent host. Picked us up from the airport, drove us around to get our stuff sorted and organized couple of scooters for us. The house is in a great location, 1 minute walk to beautiful beach. Been to Aitutaki many times and this was by far my favorite place to stay. Well equipped, fresh fruit, plenty of towels, great stereo, bbq and great outdoor area.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The views of the coral lagoon is spectacular. If you want a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this is the resort. The staff are very friendly and called my husband and I by our names.

The property was right on the beach, excellent facilities, plenty of room for three people, staff were amazing and helpful and had plenty of additional resources for us to use (e.g. bikes, scooters, cars for hire etc)

Great location and value for money.

Great location and value for money. Clean and comfortable with excellent wifi connection. Niki organised our scooter rentals with no issues and readily available to answer any questions we may have and offer options for activities in Aitutaki. Our transfers to and from the Airport was done by Jeremiah who was friendl, very helpful and informative. A great place for family wanting budget accommodation in a convenient location.

The exceptional welcome was honestly the best travel experience I’ve ever had - you are looked after here more than in a 5 star hotel! From a complementary airport pickup with complementary breakfast, coffee, fruit, bikes etc etc these guys deserve the biggest tip - they work so hard to ensure their guests are happy , it’s really special. I will be forever grateful at the welcome we received

We had a great time at Sunny Beach Lodge when we stayed there for 1 week in October. Centrally located on the island, close to Amuri town. Supermarket and drinking water station are across the road. Niki is a fantastic host, doing his best to give his guests a wonderful stay. Sunny Beach Lodge felt like a warm community, we had so many lovely neighbours! Again, meitaki mata Niki!

The location, The staff the owner Niki I thought he went above and beyond and was very accommodating I moved from another Hotel and he drove me to pick up my luggage. On checkout day, My flight wasn’t till the evening yet he gave me another room to hang out, take a shower until my flight in the early evening, which he drove me to the airport. Perfect for a kite border.

Great hotel, great location, great staff and a highly recommended restaurant - price/value is fair (you see often locals coming). Also breakfast is from our point of view sufficient and we didn´t really miss anything. The hotel is very well taken care of where you will find everything in good order. Just go and enjoy :-)
