My recent stay at Jungfrau Hotel Wilderswil was nothing short of extraordinary—it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!

Apartment 1 was renovated and tastefully decorated. The host welcomed us warmly and the apartment was very clean. It was undoubtedly the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, with everything you could possibly need in the house. The host is very attentive to detail and very caring. He showed us around the neighborhood and immediately prepared the important guest card for us. The house was warm, the balcony was spacious, and the house was sufficiently bright. If we come back to this area, this will be our first address. We highly recommend it to everyone. We felt like we were in our own home. Everything is available in the kitchen, down to the smallest detail, which is very important because food is expensive in Switzerland. The house is very close to the train station and the supermarket. The train to Schynige Platte also departs from this station. Thank you again, Irma!

This is definitely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and photos won't do justice on how beautiful the view is. The host is very nice and she took care of every minor request we has which made our stay more than pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again soon

Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

Beautiful quiet location, with regular train & bus services to take you to the bustle of resorts & alpine villages. Lovely to retire back to in the evening after a busy day. 2 supermarkets & handful of restaurants. Eagles overhead!

Wilderswil is beautiful and peaceful ! We stayed half board which was perfect for us but for people who needed an evening meal very few places to eat apart from hotels. Excellent location for Jungfrau region !!!!

Beautiful, quiet place.

Beautiful, quiet place. Even late at night, I knew I was in a good place. Short train ride to all the great spots in the area, and Uber/Taxis are also easy to find. Our hotel was reasonably priced!

Wilderswil is a beautiful place very near interlaken. It is a very beautiful place and is very well connected by train. We had our lunch at Restaurant Christina just opposite the train station.Lovely food and the staff very polite. Made us feel comfortable. Very good vibe.

The location was excellent. The surroundings of the hotel are incredibly beautiful. The area is very calm and peaceful. It takes only a few minute to walk from the train station. From Interlaken to Wilderswil the train travel takes under 5min. The guest card which allows travel between Interlaken, Wilderswil and other surrounding areas to be free of charge was much appreciated. The staff was friendly. Check-in process was quick and simple. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. We would happily stay here again! Thanks!

The view was spectacular and the breakfast was lovely - so much choice on offer! I couldn't have asked for anything more: the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station at the end of the road. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Interlaken. Would thoroughly recommend!
