This is a perfect hotel for hassle free skiing- especially with children, a few steps from the gondala made the mornings a breeze. Food was great, wood fired pizzas were a hit with the kids in the evening, but it gets busy so even if your staying reserve a table! The buffet breakfast was great. All the staff we super helpful and friendly. whilst we were there we were able to watch the torchlight decent straight in-front of the hotel which was great fun.

The fireplace with large glass doors next to it giving snow filled mountain and valley views is out of the world. Very well stocked with good communication on WhatsApp from host was good. Bedroom with large glass doors. Edge of the hill makes it nice and secluded private feel.

The house had a beautiful location. The views were breathtaking. From the terrace the mountains looked different every day. We highly recommend renting this cottage. We spent a week in it, coming on vacation. We are very pleased with the way we picked up the keys. The place was very visible and well located, clear instructions from the agency allowed for a smooth and quick reception. As for the cottage, it is in an amazing location, with an amazing view that greeted us every day. Inside it was pleasant, clean and pleasant. We all felt comfortable and pleasant there. The kitchen has all the equipment from appliances to accessories so we did not lack anything. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so we felt comfortable. In addition, a big plus is the underground garage, from which it is possible to enter by elevator in case of heavy purchases :) We wholeheartedly recommend these cottages, for families, for friends - for everyone will be an ideal option for spending pleasant moments.

Many drag lifts, few chairs.

Many drag lifts, few chairs. Paradise for people who get vertigo from chairs. Everything works, but nothing is ultra modern or high speed. Mountain restaurants high quality. Self catering groceries ultra expensive, as is normal for Switzerland. Very good coverage by snow cannons so skiing was maintained to end of season.

I enjoyed Veysonnaz.

I enjoyed Veysonnaz. We picked it to be a slower pace than Zermatt, where we went first, so it gave us a different experience than Zermatt, which was what we were looking for. Much more quint and slower paced and certainly less crowded. The views are spectacular from almost anywhere. Great ski bus service. Nice servers in the restaurants and good food. The people at LeTerrasse & Greppon Blanc were great. It is unfortunate that there is a drought going on right now.

Great views but if you are there for skiing beware that you...

Great views but if you are there for skiing beware that you should be comfortable riding surface lifts unless you want to limit your skiing. If you want to ski to Mt Fort/ Verbier area, it requires a number of surface lifts and quite a bit of cat-walk skiing. If you are looking for night life or lots of dinner options, don't expect too much. If it wasn't for the World Cup, I would choose other places to ski.

Veysonnaz is a beautiful town, constantly expanding and renovating. Normally, you can find good food and shopping there, but due to roadworks, some places were closed. In previous years, however, there was good food. There's also a bus service.

The village is very well located, with breathtaking views of...

The village is very well located, with breathtaking views of the mountain ranges. It features charming old chalets, well-marked irrigation channels (bisses), and excellent hiking trails in the mid- and high-mountain ranges. The ski lift is very accessible. The village center is currently being renovated; it will be much improved in a year. There are few shops at the moment, but you can find everything you need.

The ski area is magnificent.

The ski area is magnificent. However, the resort was very quiet when I was there. The resort is exceptional thanks to the panoramic views of the valley from everywhere, as well as from many of the slopes. A restaurant I recommend is Le Magrappé. The restaurant at the Chalet Royal was closed when I was there.

Very nice, clean and cosy apartment, recently renovated with beautiful standards. The location is great, close to all shops and restaurants. We have enjoyed the gorgeus view from the garden, the fresh air, mountain walks and peacefulness of this piece of paradise. The host is friendly and professional and very helpful all times.
