Very positively surprised by this hotel! I loved everything about it: - very friendly, professional and helpful staff - comfortable hotel rooms - very comfy mattress - absolutely stunning alcove-like angled window, with cushions to sit at the window and look at Geneva Lake. My favourite part about the room! - All very clean, and a sufficient amount of towels (one big, one small, one smaller) - seems like a small detail, but most hotels don't do this :) - Good breakfast, with a view of the lake as a bonus! - Services for anything you may need - even borrowing a plug adapter! Plus the hotel is very well connected to Geneva - you get a free transport card for the entire canton of Geneva, it's right next to the train station and trains go every 15 mins! It's perfect, and so much nicer and quieter than to stay in Geneva while still being close by! Would 100% recommend

It is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!
