They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley.
