Everything, two charming boys at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. You can say that they were doing their job, but for me, it was more, than that. The hospitality, room, and facilities (even the small and charming gym) were amazing. Plus for boys like me, super plus for the McDonald's next doors :)

I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

We were not there long enough for a fair evaluation.

We were not there long enough for a fair evaluation. Check-in in the middle of the night should never take so long, particularly when your stay has been both pre-booked and pre-paid. We were exhausted and short on time with no one at fault. We arrived safely and needed rest, not standing in line to get a room after more than ten hours of continuous travel. The room was clean. We were unable to actually check out the surrounding area to see what besides hotels may be available to enjoy or explore. Another time, perhaps.

Clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a couple of minor issues, but the fantastic breakfast made up for any pitfalls! Would definitely go there again. Good value! It was only a stopover stay for one night, which was all I needed.

This is a place where you go for a sleepover when having a big layover at the Zürich airport. So, the hotels are not cheaper than in the city but it is good connected to the main station and the airport.

This was a surprisingly comfortable and quiet place to stay the night before our flight. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Pay for parking in the gravel lot seemed unfair as they did not even ask for your car info.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich. Stay in Zurich Old Town where you can walk around. Otherwise, traffic is bad & it takes too long to get around. Only stay here if you need to stay the night before your plane leaves.

Excellent facilities and good breakfast. Very good reception staff such as Svetlana who helped tremendously and another guy who does the night shift( forgot his name), both of them seamlessly facilitated my stay and helped with directons from Rumlang station to Zurich HB and charging my phone. Delightful options for healthy beverages near reception. Good clean rooms...Definitely recommended for a short stay.

It is close to the bus stop by the bus to the airport (number 510) and there is a shuttle bus to the airport for 10 CFH. It is only a 3-minute walk out of Rumlang station. A great hotel to stay for just one night before traveling on.

Fulfils its purpose as an airport hotel. Basic property and room. Will do for a night before an early flight, but wouldn’t stay longer than that. The very small town of Rümlang is worth a 15-minute walk to. It is very pretty.
