The honeycomb at the breakfast just so good!; then being able to go out in the afternoon while the hotel provided facilities for late check out and keeping the ski staff in the ski room, this helped us to have full use of the day! My daughter just loved the message found in the bathroom "save the snowflakes"!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

There is a super nice "snow place" just right beside the hotel. This hotel owner having some basic equipment for us to play in this "playground" and we are really having a great time to have a ski and make snow man. This hotel even has free access to Netflix in the room, without even asking to login to your own account. Prefect!!!

Beautiful quiet location, but close enough to Zermatt. Extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The hosts (Paul and Esther) were absolutely wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to visit the Zermatt/Randa area.
