Nice room with a balcony with a great view to the Rhine Valley and surrounding mountains. Restaurant was a great experience, almost gourmet-like. Breakfast served at the table was also very good.

The staff was really friendly. The facility has a bus stop in front that allows to reach the slopes in 10 minutes. Sauna and swimming pool are perfect to rest at the end of the day. I also had the best Kaiserschmarrn of my life! Totally recommend this place, considering it is one of the few hotel in the area with honest prices.

Staff (The Highlight!): The staff and management here are outstanding—professional, warm, and truly among the best in Switzerland! I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway.
