EMA Suites was wonderful for our family of five. Our three sons loved it. Really good breakfast to start the day. Nice view over Zurich and perfectly situated in the Heart of this wonderful town. The property is absolutely beautiful. the staff is one of the most hospitable I've ever came across. it is clean, quiet and designed to instill peace and true relaxation. the view is fabulous, and the little village is charming. if you need to get away from the world for a bit, that's the place. the hotel restaurant is so good, breakfast and dinner was worth every franc. chefs and waiters were so nice and professional. the hotel also have a pool nearby, located in the middle of green fields, its magical and very private. i will defiantly return asap.

Perfectly situated, clean, quiet, comfortable beds with just the perfect pillow for me, I truly was positively surprised how nice it was! I even rather liked the extraordinary way the toilet/shower/sink -combination was designed. Nearby there were restaurants and cafes and Zürich was very easily reachable. Highly recommend this hotel😊

I stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel's location was good, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the receptionist was not welcoming. When we checked in, he only checked my passport and handed me the hotel key card without providing any additional information. I had to ask him about everything, even the location of the breakfast area. It was only then that he checked if breakfast was included in our stay. On the third day of our stay, we visited the Rhine Falls in the morning. When we returned, our room had not been tidied up, and the towels had not been changed. I requested housekeeping services from the receptionist, but when I called to follow up, I was told that their priority was cleaning rooms for departing guests. Later, housekeeping did visit my room, but only to change the towels while I was waiting downstairs. Zurich I hope that in the future, the hotel will treat all guests equally, regardless of their stay duration or departure status.

Excellent hotel with nice decor and quiet room. Pictures were exactly how the room is. Shower was nicely sized and large shower. Color scheme throughout the room was very comfortable. Nice touch with the free coffee maker and small sitting area in the room. Many buses from the airport stop close to the hotel making it very easy to get to and from the hotel.
