The facilities are great, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff. We had a front facing room with a balcony for the first 3 days which was wonderful. We decided to stay an extra three nights and the reception staff managed to give us a side facing room which also had a balcony! We were thrilled....would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend it.

Staying at Hotel Fiescherblick was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The staff truly made us feel like a part of their family from the moment we walked in the door; owners Lars and Matthias went above and beyond to help us book activities, plan our itinerary, and offer gestures that really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and in an incredibly picturesque location in the center of town, surrounded by breathtaking mountains right outside the doorstep. The hotel restaurant also served one of the best meals we had on our trip. Staying here is a very special experience and we'll definitely be back!

We had a balcony room and we have absolutely no regrets - the view was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony soaking in the views, with the soundtrack of cow bells ringing. The room was a decent size, the bathroom clean and shower good pressure, there were even some extra seats and a desk to spread out, and plenty of room for our suitcases. The staff were fantastic, and the food in the attached restaurant also delicious. This was our favourite stay for our whole holiday, it really left an impression on us.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable, breakfast selection options very good (scrambled eggs were the best I've ever tasted). Staff were very polite and helpful with information and provided any additional supplies if needed. The views from the hotel are quite stunning. Location gave good access to a variety of walking trails in the area. We hope to return to Wengen in the future and would choose to stay in Hotel Alpenruhe for sure.
