This was my second time stay at Hotel Zum See. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were very kind. I loved breakfast at the hotel. All the breads were very nice. It's on the TMR route. Many other good walks around. My dog loved here too.

Great ski slopes, a lot of different restaurants, amazing hiking paths and a great view. The locals are welcoming and there's always something fun going on. We actually have a family member who loves it so much they're planning on moving there. Super family-friendly as well, even with very small kids.

Very nice and beautiful town. The town itself as well as the area around it. Before going there, I was a bit concerned about the car free zone, but it turned out to be very easy to park the car, and very easy to get around in the relatively small town. Once the car was parked it was very nice to be in a place without cars.

A nice place, even in summer.

A nice place, even in summer. It's a large car-free zone that you can't drive into. Hotels offer shuttle services. There are many hiking and excursion options. Tip: Take the cable car up to the Jungen Alp. But basically, Grächen is pretty quiet in the summer – at least that's what we found.

It was a very nice place, but you should be aware beforehand that the hotel might be located in a car-free zone – it could get quite expensive if you don't pay attention to that. But that also makes it very quiet :)

I found the staff at Hannigalp to be friendly, helpful and competent. The amenities are nice and well organized. The hotel is in the car free zone of the village, it is very quiet, but the electric hotel taxi gets you there in the blink of an eye. The bed was comfortable, and the view from my room amazing. The bathroom is nothing to write home about, but there is a nice spa area. I did not eat at the restaurant, but it looks cozy. Hiking or trail running around the area is wonderful.

Starting from the magnificent location, not directly in the center which makes it a perfect relaxing and quiet destination to calm down and enjoy the nature. The facilities were completely renovated, clean, nicely and neatly tidy and well organized. If you’re someone that loves hiking it’s an idea location with plenty of hiking routes around Grächen and the surroundings.

Hotel Zum See was a port in a storm. When the road and train to Zermatt were shut down due t s landslide. A bit of a drive up the mountain in the dark, and a late arrival, but welcomed by warm and friendly staff. The breakfast the next morning was excellent typically breakfast.
