All facilities keep very clean, so I feel very comfortable in this room and another space. Staying here made me relax and memorable. I enjoyed eating breakfast. All staffs are very polite and they helped me a lot.

The room was very clean and spacious very comfortable for family of 4. The staff was very kind, and helpful and gave us really useful tips ! The location is absolutely perfect as it has exactly outside the hotel tram stop for airport and city centre!

Whilst the specific location was a 10min walk from Glattbrugg rail station, if you plan ahead you can route your walk along the small river, which is a bonus. I needed to attend work events in the area, so this location was perfect for me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations - open plan kitchen diner into a small lounge area, separate spacious bedroom with tv and place to unpack clothing, separate dressing area and extra cupboard, and separate bathroom - all very clean, light, airy, top condition - I would certainly consider staying here again.

I do not normally give a bad review of a property but this...

I do not normally give a bad review of a property but this Hotel has some issues that need addressed. Lots of construction around the Movenpick Hotel. Very noisy. They did provide pickup and drop-off at the airports. The food was not very good and either restaurant. There was food debris all over the floor of both restaurants. We were at this hotel for two nights and the floors in the eating areas were never swept. Their was a bad odor in the check in area every day...like sewer..? Both of us had the hamburger from the bar service and both of the sandwiches were undercooked. Both sandwiches had a bad flavor of maybe poor quality beef.. The lighting the our room was poor as several lamps had very very low wattage going to them so it was hard to see.

It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach...

It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach the airport without any taxi service and you enter the check in area and if you arrive after plane landing , the stop is at the airport and reach the hotel at the second stop called Unterriiet Glattburg

Close proximity to Airport, just a station away from airport...

Close proximity to Airport, just a station away from airport and Tram stop is across from hotel. On a previous visit I stayed in the hotel adjacent to airport but this is more affordable for budget conscious travellers who catch morning flight without hiring a taxi just by using tram.

Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel, ideal for traveling around . Lots to discover when in Zurich city. You have to play your day also get a tram pass for your stay. You can hope on and off a points and places you would like visit. Visiting the old city Zurich was highlight. Tram drive down to the main hub was very nice as you went pass all different buildings. Lots to see and eat, also if you are looking for history old buildings old footpaths through the old city was great. You have to be fit. As a tourist I will be heading back. Would like to spend more time walking around the churches and find all the hidden gems in it. Enjoyed the festival that w as in the old part, main squre was great pipe bands and drummers🎉🏆

Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking.

Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. Do take a tram (and get on the correct one) into Zurich proper and wander around - we found a lovely cafe called Raffael's that I would highly recommend.

Not a great part of lyric to stay in if you're just there overnight. Yes, it's relatively close to the airport, but not close enough to walk there. And, it's a little bit Shady at night. There is prostitution visible on the streets.

We enjoyed our Stay at Gate Hotel Zurich. If you want a stay near the airport this is a great place. The two brothers who work at the hotel (run the hotel) are very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The windows and the noise reduction is amazing. We hadn't noticed how loud the planes are that fly over this hotel and we slept perfectly. The next day we went on to the balcony, heard the planes and we were impressed by the high quality windows and other steps taking from keeping the noise out of the apartment.

Tramline right outside and only 10min to Zürich airport. 20-30min tram into the city. Great size room. Was upgraded which was lovely and not expected, but appreciated as it was the end of our trip where we based out if to do Zürich and Lucerne before flying home. Food store and restaurants nearby as well as in hotel. Mini bar and tea/coffee facilities which was nice.

from the airport the hotel was quick to get to on the tram, the tram stop is outside. Then it was easy to get the tam into Zurich centre. But beware the trams finish at 11.30ish and getting back by train isn't so easy. hotel does what we wanted it to for one night.

Great location next to the train station in Glattbrugg (about 15mins from Zurich Hbf). Great rooms, kitchenette was handy and the bathroom was nice. It was quiet too.
