Great choice of breakfast, besides, it started as early as at 7 am, so enough time before the flight. Location perfect - 4 minutes’ bus ride to the airport. Well equipped and cosy room, including the coffee machine. Everything and even more what you would expect from the boutique hotel near the airport

Very nice hotel located slightly over 20 mins by tram from the main station in Zurich. Very convenient for coming with a car, too, has a comfortable small parking lot in the garage. The room is small but sufficient with extremely comfortable beds. Free mini bar in the room is a nice touch. You can hear the airport close by with your windows open, but once closed it is rather quiet. The staff at the reception is super helpful and very responsive to messages (we had some problems on the way, we arrived very, very late, they kindly waited for us). The late check in is convenient, for a sensible fee you can even extend it. The possibility to bring your pets is absolutely amazing!

I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

I do not normally give a bad review of a property but this...

I do not normally give a bad review of a property but this Hotel has some issues that need addressed. Lots of construction around the Movenpick Hotel. Very noisy. They did provide pickup and drop-off at the airports. The food was not very good and either restaurant. There was food debris all over the floor of both restaurants. We were at this hotel for two nights and the floors in the eating areas were never swept. Their was a bad odor in the check in area every day...like sewer..? Both of us had the hamburger from the bar service and both of the sandwiches were undercooked. Both sandwiches had a bad flavor of maybe poor quality beef.. The lighting the our room was poor as several lamps had very very low wattage going to them so it was hard to see.

It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach...

It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach the airport without any taxi service and you enter the check in area and if you arrive after plane landing , the stop is at the airport and reach the hotel at the second stop called Unterriiet Glattburg

Close proximity to Airport, just a station away from airport...

Close proximity to Airport, just a station away from airport and Tram stop is across from hotel. On a previous visit I stayed in the hotel adjacent to airport but this is more affordable for budget conscious travellers who catch morning flight without hiring a taxi just by using tram.

Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel,...

Well flew into Zurich Airport and stayed at budget hotel, ideal for traveling around . Lots to discover when in Zurich city. You have to play your day also get a tram pass for your stay. You can hope on and off a points and places you would like visit. Visiting the old city Zurich was highlight. Tram drive down to the main hub was very nice as you went pass all different buildings. Lots to see and eat, also if you are looking for history old buildings old footpaths through the old city was great. You have to be fit. As a tourist I will be heading back. Would like to spend more time walking around the churches and find all the hidden gems in it. Enjoyed the festival that w as in the old part, main squre was great pipe bands and drummers🎉🏆

Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking.

Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. Do take a tram (and get on the correct one) into Zurich proper and wander around - we found a lovely cafe called Raffael's that I would highly recommend.

Not a great part of lyric to stay in if you're just there...

Not a great part of lyric to stay in if you're just there overnight. Yes, it's relatively close to the airport, but not close enough to walk there. And, it's a little bit Shady at night. There is prostitution visible on the streets.

An excellent family run bed and breakfast boutique hotel with 12 quality rooms. The self service breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was very enjoyable. The owner's son Riza was the perfect host who made our three night stay an enjoyable experience - he even personally collected us in his car late one evening after we became slightly lost walking back to the hotel from the tram stop following a day out in the city! Limited parking if you're in a car, but a perfect location for Zurich Airport.

This apartment is perfect for self catering and having a comfortable place to rest for the night. I was a bit skeptical - because of certain other reviews - but definitely had nothing to worry about. Hotel is right at the train station, but we also walked to Zurich HB (for sightseeing), and it was worth it - about 7km.

I have stayed here many times and it's a great location for early starts from Zurich airport. So nice to just jump on a tram and not have to book shuttle buses like many of the more expensive airport hotels. Shower is great. Food options onsite are limited but you are 5 minutes from the airport so this isn't an issue.

Note: when you arrive from Zurich Airport and wanted tram transport chose Glittpark for other option you need to type it . Then direct zone . Price CHF 4.80 in 6 to 7 minutes you will reach Kameha hotel.
