Staff was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, just lovely people. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. Can be a bit on the pricy side, but if able, a night here for dinner is well worth it!

We were on route from Italy to Germany and needed a place to stay overnight to recharge. We arrived late and were welcomed by very helpful and accommodating staff. Registered within minutes, upgraded into a spacious loft suite which we can fully recommend. The suite was super clean, fine bedding, very comfy and spacious bed. Well equipped and clean bathroom. The suite was beautifully decorated contemporary/old style mix. Great views of Bellizona and the mountains. Lots of cafes around the hotel if you do not feel like having breakfast there. We did not have BF at the hotel, but checked it out and they have a great looking buffet spread. We took coffee in our room, and it was GOOD coffee. Check out at noon allowed us to rest up before the next part of our journey. We would come back.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the Castel Grande and just in front of the railway and bus station. Comfy beds. They also provide Ticino Guest cards so you can travel for free on all public transport and benefit from many discounts at partner attractions.

I grew up near Giubiasco, but left so many years ago, coming...

I grew up near Giubiasco, but left so many years ago, coming back was a real treat and I'm hoping to do it again. We spent most of the time with long standing friends. Public transport was amazing, eating out was always a treat but also the meals at San Giobbe were very good.

There are cafes and ice cream vendors, but very little lighting in the evening (except near the square). It's a small Provençal town which, despite everything, is a good place to stay, not too expensive compared to other towns in the region.

Giubiaso, a town right next to Bellinzona.

Giubiaso, a town right next to Bellinzona. Ideal for those who want to visit the surrounding area. I recommend visiting the castles and center of Bellinzona, as well as having lunch or dinner at the Hotel San Giobbe restaurant. My stay was too short to comment further.

Beautifully and practically furnished apartment.

Beautifully and practically furnished apartment. Like new and clean. You feel right at home. The train and bus stations are a 10-minute walk away. The view from the apartment overlooks other residential buildings, but this isn't a problem if you're only home in the evenings. We would definitely come back. Very nice host.

Perfect for short and long stays!

Perfect for short and long stays! Whether alone, as a couple, or with family, you'll feel right at home in the very well-equipped apartments! Despite the secluded location (which is a big plus), you can reach your desired excursion destination in no time by bike or car. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our next holiday here while we were still on our current stay.
