The building's design seamlessly blends traditional Swiss architecture with modern elegance. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionist, who was both professional and friendly, provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and services. I appreciated the personal touch, as they took the time to ask about my preferences and needs. This level of attention to detail is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a tailored guest experience.
