The reception staff was beyond amazing, always eager to help, understand your needs and treat them properly. What stood out was that despite the fact that we arrived very late during the night, Sami from the reception was very polite and helped us with everything we needed, which made us enjoy our vacation and have a very nice experience at the hotel. The superior rooms were comfortable and well equipped (coffee/tea machine, fridge, fan, hairdryer...). The room was relatively quiet, but I would imagine that in summer it would be quite noisy with the window open because it overlooked the terrace of the restaurant, so you would hear people talking. The value for money is good if you get the room at a discounted rate. I would not pay the full price for that hotel knowing now how it is.

The room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable place to relax. The free parking right in front of the hotel was a huge plus and made coming and going super easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient.

We traveled with a dog and had no problems at check-in or during our stay. We liked everything. We checked in quite easily. The hotel has its own parking lot, so we didn't have to pay extra for a parking space. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice.
