The staff were absolutely fantastic!!! Although we don’t speak much German, they still talked to us and we had lots of chat. Everywhere was absolutely spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent quality!!! Lots of choice of food and teas and coffees brought to our table. An absolutely fab stay in a boutique and extremely friendly hotel.

I booked here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter during our Swiss summer vacation. Then extended the stay for one more. It is an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, nice, clean and well maintained. The hotel read and executed the instructions very carefully exactly as requested by me.  Our flight was delayed from Berlin and we reached the hotel past midnight, but the person at the reception attended us with a smile and helped us very well. The cot for the daughter was also well placed. The Hotel Restaurant is also very big and spacious, roomy, with lots of windows, fresh air and well lit. We always have enough tables and free space in restaurant to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with family. The breakfast spread was very good and the serving staff was also very helpful and prompt in refills. Cherry on the top free ice-cream for kids at the reception. My daughter loved it. The location is also very good. The bus stop is right next to the hotel or walk 10 min to the nearby local train station. There is a ticket buying terminal machine at both bus and train stations. So including walking to the bus or train station in just 25 – 30 min – min you will be in Zurich HBF. Viviane handwritten note was a very personalized welcome for the guest, that's rare to find these days. Mara at reception is always very helpful for direction for location travel and any other information. Overall, a great stay is very well recommended.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station. Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful. The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

It's a very nice accommodation. Wonderful host, not bad location, very close to the bus stop and a few stops away from the Dubendorf train station and Stettbach station. Accessible. what's the best is the nice vibe being there, Patrizio is very supportive with great hospitality.

excellent location just about 8-10 minutes walk from Zurich HB — which is the main travel point for train travel as well as bus tours that start behind the station. it is also close to the beautiful churches and excellent restaurants nearby - all within walking distance. super breakfast — must take it with your room plan - continental and in a nice dining area good rooms - no views but well anointed with all facilities can booking to airport was done within minutes Hotel St Josef is a super spot to stay in Zurich as it ticks all the boxes

The room was super clean, it had all the facilities and was really comfy and nice. I asked if I could leave my luggage so I don't have to carry it around town until check-in, and the host said I could check-in earlier. The host greeted me and was approachable and professional. Stayed for only one night, wish I could stay more.

From outside the Hotel looks a bit run down.

From outside the Hotel looks a bit run down. But from inside it is just like a 5 star hotel. Neat and clean with a very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to locate it and many nice restaurants at a walking distance .Free Parking is a bonus. It is not airconditioned but offers fan which is of great help

The staff were polite and very helpful!

The staff were polite and very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to drop off our bag early to tour burden-free. Breakfast was delicious and made even better by the outdoor seating. If there was one thing that could have been improved, it would be airflow in the room. The windows didn't open and there was no AC. They did have a fan in there, which was helpful, but the room still felt quite stuffy.

During my stay in Dübendorf, I enjoyed exploring the town and its surrounding areas. My favorite spots included the local parks and the charming town center. Getting around Dübendorf was relatively easy, with convenient public transportation and walkable streets. For dining, I tried a few local restaurants and particularly enjoyed the Swiss cuisine. Next time, I would like to explore more dining options and try some international flavors. One aspect that could have been better was the distance from major tourist attractions. It would have been more convenient if Dübendorf was closer to popular sights. However, the overall atmosphere and tranquility of the town made up for it. I would recommend Dübendorf for its tranquility, atmosphere, and convenient public transportation. It's a great place for those who enjoy walking and exploring local parks.

Everything was good during my stay .

Everything was good during my stay . The reception staff addressed every small problem I had . Breakfast spread was really nice . I got a room upgrade as well . It was all in all a wonderful experience . I would highly recommend it to others .

A well placed hotel to enjoy Zurich and environs as there is a tram and railway station nearby, also with an excellent bus network. Its ideal for a family wanting to go to the zoo for example as an excursion. As the tram also connects to Zurich airport it is a good location for travellors needing a competitively priced hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport by tram. The hotel itself is functional and meets the needs of comfort.

Dübendorf is a satellite town of Zurich, lacking any particular charm. We've been to the Zurich area several times before. Thanks to its good transport links, Dübendorf is ideally suited as a place to stay overnight and for a short stroll around town.

i had a great stay here - clean quiet and cozy room with shared bathroom which was always available. price was quite reasonable, and the host was very friendly and helpful too. the location has good rail links to zurich - 10min ride, and if you come with a car - parking on the street costs 10sfr per day. (if you want to avoid the drive to zurich i recommend very practical sbb park+ride scheme dubendorf for 6sfr per day) all in all a good place for short stay, highly recommended.

There is nothing I can fault about this hotel. The staff are amazing. The room was spotless, presented beautifully, and was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well, with a great variety of food and drink available. The location is ideal for getting to and from Zurich with easy availability for public transport. Overall a 10/10. Thank you all, we will be back again!
