We thought this was very good value accommodation for the area. Everything else we saw was a lot more money. The room was as we expected, simple but very clean and comfortable and good bathroom/shower. Good to have a restaurant to eat in when we arrived. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay again, great value for a stopover.

Everything was just perfect - the location literally 2 min walk from the station yet in a quiet street with an amazing view in the lake. All rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable with a balcony and a view. Even the rooms on the first floor are quiet with a lovely view on the lake and on flowers. The staff was super nice and efficient. Walking distance to the station, center and walks around the lake. We loved it so mix that we extended by one night.

Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

Staff was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, just lovely people. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. Can be a bit on the pricy side, but if able, a night here for dinner is well worth it!

Cugnasco is a typical, charming Ticino village with beautiful old houses and lots of plants. The three restaurants are very good and quite close together. Everything is easily accessible on foot from the restaurants.

We chose Cugnasco because of its convenient location.

We chose Cugnasco because of its convenient location. The side valleys and the towns of Bellinzona, Locarno, and Ascona are easily accessible. We took a different excursion every day, which was perfect. We ate at the hotel's restaurant. The value for money was excellent!

No playroom, children's TV, or games as described 🤷‍♂️ The room was small, noisy, and hot despite the fan. In short, we left at 2 a.m. on the first night; we couldn't stand it any longer... (instead of two nights).
