Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. There are so many places we like: 1. Breakfast at Spices Kitchen & Terrace - breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne for breakfast. Go early to get a table near the window. 2. Restaurant Taverne - its rosti is the best I have eaten in Switzerland. Must try! 3. For tennis players, must visit Diamond Domes to play tennis. For golfers, must try the 9 hole golf course with stunning scenery. 4. Experience the Hammetschwand Lift and the Suspension Stairs. 5. Enjoy the funicular railway and catamaran to Lucerne and return. All complimentary for hotel guests. 6. Download the Burgenstock App and check out the daily activities. There are Core & Stretch, Aqua Fitness, History Tour and Burgenstock Resort Movie. 7. Must visit the Spa to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool, infinity pool, steam room, sauna room, floating pool, foot spa and the relaxation area.

A luxurious resort hotel for premium guests. Excellent connectivity from train station via Ferry, iconic Sky Pool, panoramic lake view and numerous facilities to enjoy. Best choice for those who want to spend for indulgence.

Everything was fantastic in Bürgenstock!

Everything was fantastic in Bürgenstock! We had an exceptional Birthday celebration of my husband at Waldhotel. We got also a present from Bürgenstock in our room for my husband's Birthday :) Dinner was fantastic at Verbena Restaurant :D
