The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.

EMA Suites was wonderful for our family of five. Our three sons loved it. Really good breakfast to start the day. Nice view over Zurich and perfectly situated in the Heart of this wonderful town. Perfectly situated, clean, quiet, comfortable beds with just the perfect pillow for me, I truly was positively surprised how nice it was! I even rather liked the extraordinary way the toilet/shower/sink -combination was designed. Nearby there were restaurants and cafes and Zürich was very easily reachable. Highly recommend this hotel😊

Lovely hotel, good location. Excellent connection to both the airport and the city center. Everything is as in the description of the hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, ours had a small balcony with a view on the yard. Very clean. Large enough parking, free for guests. Staff were rvery friendly, always available. All recommendations.

At first the male hotel manger was lovely, couldn't do more for you. The lady that works there, is lovely. The junior suite was spacious, tho a little tired in areas and it's not hi spec or at least current spec in technology via TV (not smart/ vhr)- no tapes. Had all basic amenities tho and our junior suite was still pleasant.

The owner was very helpfull and polite, allowed late checking. The hotel is close to the Zurich airport, 15 mins by car. The room is spacious and clean, it is equiped with the kettle, coffee machine, mini bar. The beds are huge and comfy.
