The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.

Very close to bus (right out front) which takes you to train station (if you have luggage) OR 10min walk for getting around (without luggage) Lovely restaurants within 10min walk, also supermarket & pharmacy. Great breakfast: cereal, yoghurt, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats & boiled eggs. Beds very comfy & room very quiet, 2fans in room which were enough even though it was quite warm temperatures. Would thoroughly recommend if you are not wanting to stay in busy Zurich.

The decor of this hotel really stands out: it is colourful, imaginative and appealing. The room was very well appointed with beautiful finishings. Exceptionally smooth linen on the super comfortable bed. My room even had a view over the park behind the hotel. I travel a lot and enjoy staying in comfortable hotels, and this one really was 10 out of 10! During my entire stay I never heard a plane taking off or landing even though the hotel is right next to the airport, so the sound-proofing is really top class. Very friendly staff and a lovely restaurant with a very interesting menu round off the first-class experience. My go-to option in Zurich from now on!

Fantastic little place, easy to get to close to town, the owner is so polite and friendly, as the hotel was not fully booked he gave us a free upgrade and even let us check out later the following day with out fee. Bed was comfy, nice and dark to sleep with shutters. Would go back in a flash.

The room was really great. Location of the hotel is pretty close to Zurich Airport so it was very simple to get there by car. Staff is very friendly too. Highly recommend if you need a hotel that's a bit closer to Zurich or the airport.
