Lovely Nordic style hotel, feels very new & very clean. Rooms are lovely & seem very spacious with their high ceilings. The comfy & relaxing Guest lounge over looks the glaciers, and the view is stunning. It has complimentary tea & coffee, plus a generous charcuterie food & drink reception each evening. The hotels glacier location is lovely & quiet once the coach day trippers have gone home for the day. It’s also an excellent location for clear skies & star gazing !

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and stored our luggage for us after check out so we could enjoy the day exploring the Icefields. Loved the great room that overlooked the glacier. The view was breathtaking and it was amazing sitting on the sofas taking in the view with the complementary tea/coffee that they offered. Wonderful and memorable stay for the entire family!

Private secure parking. Easy access to top floor hotel area... Clean and airy rooms.. Staff fab... and LIZ is nuts..(in A Good.way) Ohh and of course excellent access to glacier and skywalk... The best But to crown it all the 5pm complimentary canapes and drinks on the top floor lounge are exceptional... Well done.

The location of the hotel is great. Right in front of the glacier. The reception area has the best view of the hotel. The rooms are simple, but comfortable enough for a short stay. The hotel has free parking for guests.

Beautiful place close to Columbia icefield at 2000 m. Fantastic room with nice bathroom. Good beds. From the lobby and the restaurant view on the glacier. 2km walk from the hotel to food of the glacier.
