First time in Owen Sound. The hotel is at the beginning of the city, not far from the shopping plazas. The place is quiet, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Our room was on the main floor with an exit to the courtyard. It was quiet, although the hotel has a lot of visitors with small children. The room has two beds, there is air conditioning, TV, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a separate jacuzzi. There is a sauna near the fitness room. For breakfast we liked coffee, sausages and scrambled eggs, yogurt and juices. Parking is free.

Such a warm welcome - a handwritten, personalised message waiting for us on the blackboard in the games room! Everything we could need was there, and thoughtfully labelled. It’s a terrific offering and we all wished we were staying longer!
