I stayed 2 days there for a wedding, when I went out in morning I asked the housekeeping ladies for extra towels & tissues for I emptied a box, got back & I was well stocked. When getting dressed for wedding very important to me I had a undergarment malfunction & I saw Hannah, asked for her help & she went above & eyond to help me. I must add duct tape does work in emergencies. I made a point to find her before I checked out to make sure she knew how much it meant to me for her help. Cheryl

Very nice pool, nobody was there when we went so it was perfect. We didn't spent much time in the hotel other than that but the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice as well. Especially the worker at the pool who turned the waterside on for us then later asked about it in the hall. Very nice.

We appreciate everything. The room (as everywhere in the B&B) was clean, beautiful and really well renovated. Our room was huge and well ventilated. The King bed was very comfortable. Very good location near restaurants and the shore. The breakfast was one of the best I ever ate in a B&B: fresh fruits with yogourt and granola, good coffee and tea, fruit juice, excellent Bénédictine eggs..perfect! The quiet living room made available to us with many beautiful books...quiet as all the house.

The Braeside Inn was lovely. The owner was so kind and sweet, going above for our needs. It has a homey feeling and lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great property and excellent location. Sandy & Cathy have put a lot of effort into renovating this property. Beds were comfy and good quality bed linen, towels, toiletries etc. Sandy & Cathy were great hosts with recommending places to visit and eat. Good parking facilities, would highly recommend staying here if you are in Pictou.
