We had a lovely stay at the Alicion. Joe and Chris are wonderful hosts and you feel their pleasure and pride in their work. Lunenburg is a great place for an overnight stop, we also enjoyed walking through the neighbourhood to get to the waterfront, where all the restaurants are located.

It was a beautifully renovated motel. We had the wheelchair accessible queen so it was spacious and had extra wide doorways. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a short stay in Lunenburg. There was a gas station and Tim Hortons opposite, a grocery store next door and it was a short drive into town. Easily walkable as well. Check-in and check-out were contactless and we had no issues. We would highly recommend Homeport Motel for visitors driving to Lunenburg.

A beautiful old house. Renovated to the highest standard. Spotlessly clean. Very Comfortable. Excellent location Close to Lunenberg centre. Would definitely stay again.

Michael was an excellent host. Decor of the house is stunning and very antique. A very atmospheric house. Very central. A lovely breakfast spread was supplied on both the mornings we were there. We would highly recommend Mahomes day and staying at the Fairmont.
