Yvonne is so welcoming. The property is so iconic and beautiful, it brings you so much peace and happiness. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing of Kal lake and Vernon. It's a little gem hidden in the mountain. Hottub with views is also amazing. Breakfast in the morning...delicious! You certainly don't leave hungry! Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, the rooms were spacious, clean and in great condition, the hotel itself is bright and airy tastefully decorated throughout, there is a large bar that does food and the staff are welcoming, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi with towels supplied, the parking was easy as they have a large area, all amenities are in walking distance, including the Shopping Center (Mall). My wife and I could not find anything wrong with the lodge if we tried..excellent all round
