The welcome was great, the comfortable beds and the overall reception was excellent. We also had some trouble in making the payment in the premises but they helped us find an alternative payment option. We will surely visit the place tomorrow on our way back to Gauteng.

Amazing stop over on our trip back to Zambia. Perfectly located. On arrival the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. It was raining and the staff organized a little stove in case we could not light the bbq. Superb service! ⭐️Food ⭐️Service ⭐️Location ⭐️Facilities ⭐️Value for money

My stay at Paradise Palms was excellent. I spent one night there and was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms; it looked exactly like the photos online. The hosts were attentive, available and genuinely helpful, making the experience smooth and pleasant. The property is conveniently located close to various amenities, which made it easy to get around. Overall, a lovely and well-managed place that I would gladly recommend.

I liked how comfortable it was,everything was designed for one’s comfort.The security is also very tight which puts one at ease. I also was happy with how we were treated,we felt like it was our home away from home because of the staff, which was great considering that we were not familiar with the place.

I enjoyed how serene and safe Francistown felt.

I enjoyed how serene and safe Francistown felt. It's easy to get around without a GPS. There just needs to be more information on things tourists or day visitors can do. There was an Indian Restaurant we enjoyed lunch at, at Galo Mall. It's the only one there so you won't miss it.
