Starting with the reception team, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Daniel, who warmly welcomed me on my first day, 24th December 2025, and immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Luiz, who is responsible for security and guest safety. His presence and professionalism gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. My heartfelt thanks go to Lucilene, who with so much care and kindness always left my room spotless and in impeccable condition — truly outstanding service. A big thank you to Paulo from the kitchen service, who prepared the most delicious salad for me one evening — it was unforgettable. I would also like to thank Cesar, Ferreira, Viviane, Suellen, Carlos, Nagila, Roberto, and Edson for all the care, support, and assistance they provided during my stay. Very warm welcome. Good size bedroom and very comfortable bed, I slept fantastically well. The area is very quiet and peaceful and you feel fully rested. Very nice breakfast, good options.
