The city doesn't offer tourist excursions, there's no ride-sharing option, there were only two taxis and one doesn't work on Sundays. There are very few rental cars available. And at the city's most popular restaurant, located on the pier, we couldn't even try the food because, due to the terrible mood and rudeness of one of the waiters, we had to leave.

Violent city.
Violent city. Many motorcycles appear out of nowhere, going the wrong way. Confusing traffic. Potholes. Open sewers. Agespisa (water company) leaves water leaking, causing water shortages in higher and more distant neighborhoods like Sambaíba and Cajueiro. Sewage also leaks for days. Vultures flock to the corners near the Parnaíba River, eating scraps, including in the city center.
