Amazingly clean and comfortable hotel that had a variety of rooms and dorm beds. This spot is months old and everything looks super new and the staff keeps it really clean and neat too! The kitchen is the best I have seen in hotels, hostals and guest houses. Fully equipped and super clean! Love the huge dining area with the gigantic TV. Despite it being so near the plaza and many dining areas, the whole place was very quiet and peaceful, and very safe too. And the room was so big and all the bathrooms are so so new and clean. Many thanks to Manuel and team ( forgot to ask for the name of the lady owner) for their warm hospitality, and they were super friendly and helpful. Left my stuff in their storage for free for slightly more than a week. Love this homely place and I highly recommend it!

Awesome place to acclimatize upon arrival for 3 nights. Great location for that as lower altitude compared to rest of the city….. they should use that point as a positive to book in south la Paz. Staff very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good: a safe and clean district where you can run and go to church nearby. The staff was so friendly, always attentive to help you. They sent us a taxi to the airport when we arrived, they answered very quickly our questions and they helped us to make tours to Tiahuanaco and Copacabana. The breakfast was really good, there was even lactose free milk!

We truly loved our stay at Hotel Mitru Sur. From the very first moment at check-in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The hotel is stylishly designed, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. The spa area with its warm pool and various saunas was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the games area with table tennis and billiards. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on our trip, and dinner at the restaurant simply tasted great. Although the location is a bit farther from the airport, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this gem and went back several times. Would highly recommend as an oasis in busy La Paz. Very safe neighborhood to walk to cafes and shops. The girls did everything they could to make the stay perfect and were always available for questions. Breakfast simple but good.

Exceptional hotel. Really clean, plenty of space in the room. There is a bakery in the hotel which is excellent and this also meant that the croissants and toast for breakfast were freshly baked which was amazing. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.
