Hands down the best hotel I have ever been to - in either North America, South America, or Europe. The unique design of the Salt Hotel was something that you need to pay up for. The rooms were very cozy and it had a great view. Bolivia might not be known for its food, but the food at the hotel was incredible. The A la Carte was delicious and the chef prepared unique plates. The buffet was also delicious and the service was friendly. Ditto with the breakfast. The pool and spa were also extremely unique - it had incredible design and the view across the salt flats was absolutely mesmerizing. This is a must-stay.

Almost completely built out of salt blocks, Hotel de Sal Luna Salada offers rooms with overlooking the Uyuni salt mine. Breakfast is served and there is a restaurant.

People at the hotel are so amazing and welcoming! The place is also really beautiful with a lot of cozy spots to hang out. It's very clean, warm, with natural light, and at night you can hang out outdoors in the beautiful deck. I can't recommend it enough!

The hotel is located in the town center. Its facilities are very new, with abundant hot water and sufficient heating. The staffs are warm and attentive. It's very comfortable and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They could speak a bit of English, which was very helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggages there for 2 nights while we were on a tour. They were also very responsive over email when I requested for airport pickup, which I appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean, even the bathroom which had hot water. Location was great and was walking distance from restaurants and shops. Food was also good, breakfast and their restaurant for dinner. The kitchen closes around 9, but even when we arrived from our tour past 9pm, the staff still accommodated us, which was very nice. We would stay here again!

Hotel Rey David was an easy walk to the center of Uyuni. Lovely room with big private bathroom. Quiet, even with windows facing the street. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Room was heated at night. Very helpful front desk staff. My compliments to the breakfast chef. Best sunny-side-up eggs I think I've ever had. She has a bright and welcoming personality to match. After staying in other 4- and 3-star hotels in Bolivia, Hotel Cristales De Sal was a pleasant surprise. 1. No communication problems, as the receptionist lady spoke very good English. At the breakfast she came promptly to help the communication with the kitchen staff. 2. In contrast to the info at the Booking.com website (only cash payment), it was possible to pay with credit card (MasterCard). 3. The room was large, pleasantly designed. The bed was large, comfortable, memory foam pillows. It contained an electric heater, the lady switched it on upon introducing us into the room. 4. Modern bathroom. 5. The breakfast was very good: fresh bread, hot meal (eggs). Though the choice was limited (probably because of the small number of guests), for us it was enough.

Jardines de Uyuni is 400 metres from the bus and train terminal. Rooms are styled with lively colours and rustic décor. Wi-Fi is free. Hotel Jardines de Uyuni has rooms with cable TV and heating.

Wauw wauw! I was looking for comfort with some heat and a good hot shower after 4 days desert tour from tupiza to uyuni..wauw i got more than that. This is not Just a simple hotel. I felt invited in a luxury 5 star hotel.. the service from everyone was topnotch! The woman behind the reception i liked her a lot! She is really an extra bonus! Speaks english. You can ask her anything and she is so sweet ! Arriving in My room.. i couldnt believe it was with a kingsize bed..wauw i had no idea i booked these. Perfect room for me.. good size..good bathroom. Even with hairdryer. I liked the cozyness of the hotel..lots of spaces to relax and especially the woodfire with free coffee as tea facilities. Gosh i loved hanging there. I wouldnt come out only for food..the wellness facilities were good. I enjoyed the steam room the most. The breakfast was absolutly royal with so much choices and delicious! I wished i booked for 2 nights! Best well spended money as a backpacker..luxury treat! I recommend everyone highly!
