Excellent service, starting from Asfa& Paul at Reception, Faisal in the Restaurant and the housekeeping staff Everyone was super nice and helpful . As my flight was delayed, and I missed the airport shuttle, they requested me to take a taxi which was paid for at reception. The room was spacious and very clean. The mini bar was very well stocked. Bathrobes, slippers, very good quality soaps and shower gels provided. Breakfast on the weekday is a mini buffet+you can choose one item from the a la carte menu (maybe that's depending on the number of guests staying) which is more than sufficient and a full buffet on the weekend. Good restaurants with live music although maybe difficult to get a table on the weekend ☺️. Should be rated as a 5 star hotel! We were also provided with macaroons and dates on day one and chocolates and dates on day 2!

The hotel is excellent value for money. It is very lively and the staff are super friendly, especially the gentlemen on reception (I can't remember their names but the Moroccan gentlemen was exceptionally helpful and friendly). I was upgraded to a suite which was spotlessly clean, very spacious and I appreciated the separate lounge/sleeping area. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Bahrain as it is excellent value. unfortunately, it was a little chilly so i was unable to enjoy the pool but the gym and spa facilities were top notch.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The hotel's location is wonderful, and there is a road just beside the hotel that is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms were very spacious and clean with all required facilities available. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of different variety. Gorgeous lovely lavish hotel in Manama. Amazing service and comfort. The food is sooo delicious especially in the Lebanese restaurant Byblos with Chef Tony Khoury. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The pools are sooo soothing and relaxing thanks to Fatu and Naveed for amazing service. The sky view from the bar at the 50s floor is insane. 😍Overall a must stay in Manama.
