This is a great location above the Danube. Even in the winter it was great here, but I would love to come back here again in the summer.

The hotel is located twenty minutes far from the railway/bus station but close to Baba Vida fortress. The hotel is fully new with excellent accommodations such as bed, bathroom and AC. Down there is a restaurant with a tasty assortment of food.

For the price, location (with free parking or 5 minutes walk from bus/train station) this Hotel met all my requirements and more. I've stayed here before and would have no hesitation reserving again. breakfast wasn't available because the main tourist season had ended (which i expected). very helpful and friendly reception.

I got a very pleasant surprise when I reserved a room at this hotel on the bus to Vidin, a bus ride I took on impulse without a definite plan in mind.. A taxi took me from the bus station to the hotel, and I was pleased to see that overcharging foreigners is not common in this town. I got a warm welcome at the reception, and although not much English was spoken, communication was not impossible and I was made to feel welcome. After collecting my key and entering my room, I got my surprise - my room was in fact and apartment, and a very large and spacious one too! In addition to the bedroom, there is a big living room, and well as two small gardens exclusive to the room. I was very comfortable there, and my planned night became 5 nights, and I didn't want to leave. Everyday I was able to extend my stay, and I was always asked if I needed anything for the room. Needless to say, if I ever find myself in the pleasant town of Vidin in the future, I will reserve a room here again.
