I think it was recently refurbished/built as everything looks brand new. Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast. The showers were great and the view from the top floor is also nice. We had a 9 seater minivan which did not fit in the hotel underground parking but 2 min walk there is an open parking and the fee was reimbursed by the hotel.

A brand new hotel at a top location at the centre of Sofia. Very clean, extremely polite and helpful staff at the reception. Good isolation of the rooms as my room was facing Solunska street but I was not hearing the traffic.

We liked everything. A beautiful renovated hotel with stylishly designed rooms. Every detail is thought out by the stylist. There are bottles with different fillings in the bathroom. The hotel is located in the center, on a quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the Serdika metro station, which is very convenient for those coming from the airport. I really liked the breakfast, it’s similar to Italian, especially the tomato paste :) In general, I recommend it, excellent combination of price and quality.

It was my first time visiting Sofia, so I just booked the first hotel I found on booking that was close to the centre. But when I got there, I was really surprised. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel staff is very kind and was helpful with everything I needed, even with an early morning wake-up call to not miss my flight home. Whatever the wishes were, they fulfilled them all. My room was in a perfect condition and very clean. It had a mini fridge, kettle for water, a complimentary bottle of water and mix of different teas. It also had a balcony and a mini safe for all my valuables. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from heavy traffic of the centre of the city. So you can be assured that no one will disturb your good night of sleep:) Despite that, the walk to the main centre of the city takes only about 10 min, but if you don't wish to stroll around Sofia, there is a metro station really close by, or you can use the Tram, bus or taxi. The breakfast is self-served and has plenty of choices for everyone. The reception at the hotel is also open 24/7 so you can always get help. And not to mention, the hotel bar is also always open for those wishing a late night drink :) All in all, it was a perfect experience and I can only highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sofia.

As a doctor, I travel all over the world, trust me, that‘s the best LOCATION where you wanna spend your time in Sofia. Central, full of life, in the same time you have a lot of privacy. Everything there is worth it. Awesome stuff, big thanks to Nikolay, very helpful! I asked for an early check in and not only got it, but I got a studio as well! Very very clean! You feel very welcome there as well, which is the main idea of staying in a Hotel, you gotta feel like home, no matter if you have a business trip or a small vacation, and this is the right place for each one of you! You feel safe and free! Million times better comparing to all of the Hotels in Sofia, just try it, you will always come back there! Young people, young ideas, great inspiration! You got a snack, water, coffee, everything you need. Yesterday was Valentine’s day and I got a little surprise , a small bear with a heart, this can make every single guest feel special and put a smile on each face! To sum it up : Awesome location, very clean, very safe, close to all you need in Sofia( sightseeing, stores, etc.) Checking out in the middle of the night is not a problem. Location -near the center , it was cosy, room was big enough, bed was comfortable. The stuff was very friendly, last day we left our luggage in the storage place and they order us a taxi to aeroport. It is nice to have bistro in hotel if you are not for going out to eat ,also there is Rock bar in the basement .

I did not know anything about Sofia but my companion...

I did not know anything about Sofia but my companion suggested going there. I then looked up on the internet and found many things that would be of interest to me. We went to the synagogue, the mosque, the red flat, the sofia museum, many ruins. We found places to buy food since the apartment had a full kitchen we did not to eat in restaurants all the time. But there are plenty of places to eat as well. I never felt unsafe. Many people speak English but I was also prepared with a translator on my phone. That was useful when reading signs as not many of them have English. We really enjoyed the "old world" flavor of Sofia with the streetcars whizzing by. My one regret is that I did not buy tickets to the opera or ballet in advance and they were sold out when I got there.

Sofia was a very pleasant surprise.

Sofia was a very pleasant surprise. First of all, the airport is right next to the city (and you can take the metro to get into the city, paying with your bank or credit card). The city itself, really nice. Architecture (buildings, churches, museums) quite interesting. Prices are way more friendly than West Europe! (having been on France and Germany the days before arriving to Bulgaria, it was highly welcomed!). A lot of history (which is the main reason I got there). Transport works out fine (metro, buses, trolleys and trams). Overall, a great experience and a must-see city.

From our hotel the city was well within walking distance and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we inquired about a particular day trip and the receptionist organised it all for us at no extra cost and they even provided a taxi to collect us from the airport on our arrival date .

The museums were really interesting and the city is very walkable, with plenty of parks and many cafes and restaurants. The weather was glorious and even warm, which I had not expected for mid November.

Public transportation in the city is very convenient and cheap compared to other cities and very convenient from the airport to the city and back. The streets are clean and the residents are kind. The city of Sofia is highly recommended

Lovely tree lined avenues.

Lovely tree lined avenues. A feeling that there is always something more to discover. Wonderful Alexandra Nevsky cathedral and roman ruins. Worth taking your time to wonder around and soak up the atmosphere.

Without a doubt, it is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. It is not like a typical chain hotel; it’s truly a unique small hotel with an exclusive design. Each room of the hotel is inspired by a remarkable Bulgarian artist. I stayed in the Thread room, and it looked gorgeous. Even better then on photos. The location is also perfect if you would like to take a walk and enjoy a couple of cocktails nearby. The staff is friendly and supportive.

This boutique hotel is a highlight of a city trip to Sofia, offering warm and welcoming comfort in clean and stylish rooms. They feature everything travellers need for a couple of days, including amenities for tea / coffee. It is cozy to hang around in the common lounge room, having (self bought) breakfast or just a coffee. The staff is very friendly and also open for a talk about nowadays Bulgaria.

The very best appartement I have had so far and I travel quite a lot. Spotless clean, very well equipped and a very friendly host. They even had left a lovely bottle of Bulgarian wine and some water in the fridge. It is only ten minutes walk to old city center and I enjoyed not beeing in the touristic area. Thank you very much again. I would book this appartment again should I go back to Sofia.
