Loved my stay here. A very friendly welcome from wonderful, helpful staff. This is a new hotel in a great central location, it is fitted to a very high standard. There is no food at present, but has a great bar on the top floor.

Nice and calm location, it deserves money for experience of boat hotel, food and drinks were good… i like the hospitality and welcoming of receptionist, he guided me well , an experienced boy. Breakfast was included and kind of ok, the only thing i saw it as an issue, wasn’t any outside light to enjoy the river view during night time…

Hotel situated in a historical building, close to the city center, with many restaurants and shops around. Best value for money. Friendly staff, although a part of them were not speaking English nor Romanian. Free snacks offered in the lobby, which compensated for the missing breakfast.

The reception and kitchen were on outstanding level. I had multiple questions about the city as it was my first time here in Ruse, the receptionist managed to answer them all and provided me with helpful tips. The level of cleaning was excellent as well.
