Great location in the heart of the mountains with beautiful views all around. The size inside is enormous. The room was fascinating, very large, clean, comfortable. The food more than enough. Spa facilities for every need, and a lot of pools for the little ones

Traditional Bulgarian breakfast was delicious. The team at the Front desk was very professional and polite. They gave us short/fruitfull briefing on Kazanlak city, including suggestions to visit Rosarium (Museum of roses) and Damascena - a must see open air museum.

Hotel is really gorgeous and so warm and comfortable. It's a real gem and great find. Spotlessly clean, amazing towels and bedding and fabulous bath. Breakfast very fresh and delicious. Restaurant is really excellent the food was delicious and again very fresh. We absolutely loved it all. Doby on Reception is so polite and a real gentleman, he made our trip even more lovely. Restaurant staff very welcoming and gentle, loved the decor so cozy too.. We had a truly lovely time eventhough was for dental work!! Fantastic dentist in Kazanlak well worth it.

the comments had several complaints about the staff, but we did not encounter any problems. they were kind. we were two architects travelling to see buzludzha and came despite the comments because we found the building interesting. it was indeed. the location is perfect.
