The hotel is situated in a quiet area. There are parking places. The rooms are clean, big enough. It is a spa zone with indoor pool and also an outdoor pool. At ground floor it is a playground zone for children. The personnel are very friendly. The breakfast was a lot, good and varied. In the future when we need an accommodation in the area we will stay for sure at Rila Hotel. We strongly recommend the Hotel Rila.

The family who runs the business is super nice. Meals were of good quality. Sauna and turkish bath, albeit small, are very nice and for free. Value for money is very good. I would totally recommend it and if I ever travel again to Bulgaria, I will stay again in the same place
