Brilliant hotel! I booked 2 bedroom flat. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. All hotel facilities were in excellent condition. I do recommend the salt sauna! Internal pool is great for young families like us with small babies. Outside hot mineral pool is perfect for late evenings. Food in the hotel was delicious and in the private restaurant as well. Special compliments to the chefs working in there. All other stuff was also friendly, helpful and polite. Definitely we will come back next year when we go back to Bulgaria.

The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, not too much diversity, still enough to start the day with energy. On the other side, the dinner buffet was excellent, many options to chose from. The SPA was great and the small pool with thermal water at ~40 degrees just next to the bigger pool with regular, cold water was an interesting experience, if you dare to swim in both pools. The hotel has also a kids corner, a room designated as a play area with many toys.

Rooms are spaceous. King beds are comfortable. Has dishwasher and espresso machine, although it's set for a very weak espresso. The housekeeping lady is very informative and helpful. We had a small issue with the water pump but she she came to the property within 5 minutes and fixed it.
