We absolutely loved the location! Everything is modern and fresh, with a high-tech touch that makes the experience really fun and smooth. The QR code system is smart and well-implemented — no need to waste time with reception thanks to the fully automated self check-in. There are several unique and creative houses in the yard — a train house, a hobbit house, even a witch house — all of which can be booked for a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s perfect for those who want something different and playful. The breakfast was good, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the whole place feels cozy yet innovative. A wonderful hotel right next to the park. Our room was very clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the trees — and in the morning, we woke up to the sound of birds singing. But the biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. They genuinely care about their guests and make you feel right at home. At the entrance, there’s a friendly security guard, Sergey, and the receptionists — who speak Bulgarian, English, and Russian — are always helpful and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it was fresh and delicious. What we appreciated most was that the variety and quality of dishes didn’t change, even on days when there were fewer guests — a definite plus. A special mention goes to the waitress who served breakfast — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.
