Good location, 10 mins drive to Seven Rila Lakes Chairlift station and right opposite a beautiful forest. Our experience with both the front desk and restaurant staff are great. Breakfast is varied and lots to offer. We asked for lower floor to minimize lugging of bags upstairs since there’s no elevator. The view from the room is still fantastic despite the lower floor. Room is clean and more spacious than expected.

the property is well design, nice detail. the room is spacious, comfort bed, quality bed lining. the whole hotel is nice and clean in a quiet location near to the ski center, away from crowd. Friendly staff, good service. you could have all your essential for the breakfast, quality made. The dinner is nice, my kids only want to eat in the hotel for dinner, and wide choice of drink menu. I will definitely use this place again!

It was very clean everywhere, the staff was friendly, the views were breathtaking. There is spa in the neighboring hotel that was amazing and you can also use it - they give you towels is needed. 10/10 recommend during summer
